1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of adsmitsolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by ADSMIT SOLUTIONS LLC (“Adsmit Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Adsmit Solutions provides performance marketing services, including Meta advertising management, ad account and Business Manager infrastructure, creative strategy, tracking implementation, and reporting. The Site describes these services for informational purposes. Actual client engagements are governed by separate written agreements (such as a service agreement or statement of work) between Adsmit Solutions and the client, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

4. Client responsibilities and compliance

All advertising work we perform is conducted in accordance with the advertising policies of the relevant platforms, including Meta Advertising Standards, and applicable advertising and consumer protection law. Prospective clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, services, landing pages, and claims are lawful and policy-compliant. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement that, in our judgment, involves prohibited content, restricted verticals, or activity inconsistent with platform policies or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by Adsmit Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own informational use, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent. Third-party names and trademarks referenced on the Site, including Meta, Facebook, and Instagram, are the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, and nothing on the Site is a guarantee of specific results.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
